As we drove along the streets to get to downtown Stockholm I was just amazed at how colorful every building was and how the architecture was so awesome and old!

So we parked and we slowly walked as they all laughed at me taking a picture every step we took. This is just the condensed version of the pictures I took. Ahhhhh so awesome! This is the "rich" mall, where all the rich people shop, looks pretty dang freaking awesome to me.

Again the architecture was just unbelievable so here is more pictures of it:

I think what I ADORE is how dang colorful everything is here!!! I even think my Dad, the user abuser of the color beige, would enjoy this! I bought postcards to send home that are just breathtaking. I can not believe I am here!!!

Again, more color. This is just some random church, nothing special but the color is just picture worthy!!!

This was the dang coolest fountain! Yes that's right, fountain. The water cascades across the top and just trickles down below. It was a good 20 feet tall. Ah, I am seriously LOVING this place!

Here is an upclose look at the base of the fountain.

So behind me in this picture is the King's Castle. Across the water from it is the Grand Hotel. You can rent the top floor of the hotel and tell the hotel exactly how you want it designed. They will decorate, paint and do whatever you want. A lot of movie stars and famous people stay there and rent the top floor while they are there.

Now I stole a few pictures here from online because I just wasn't satisfied with the pictures that were turning out on my camera! So here is a picture of the castle. To be honest, the palace is totally boring. Nothing special or fancy on the outside, boring cold stone and just a perfect square. Nothing amazing or cool, so every picture just looked dang boring. So here is an areal shot!

The next picture stolen is of the palace church.

I didn't think to take a picture of the outside of the church! This church is the Storkyrkan Church. It was UNBELIEVABLE INSIDE! The LDS church sure could use to pick up a few things from this church! Haha.
This is the entrance

This menorah was about as tall as a 2 story building.

An amazing statue in gold and stone in the church:

This is in the old town of Stockholm, it is called Gamla Stan. The shopping was to die for and the area was even more to die for. So pretty much you die twice, yeah! It reminded me of the Venetian Hotel in Vegas except everything was real. No fake walls painted to look old. I mean seriously look at this!

Tell me you don't want to move here just for the colors!? I just love how people live above the shops in these places!

This is the smallest alley way in all of Sweden, it was the coolest thing ever, stairs going down between the two buildings, there was a cross dresser being photographed so I opted to take a picture ABOVE the stairs.

We walked outside of the church and just a few steps away was the castle again. I was told by Williams uncle who is a police officer that I MUST see the changing of the guards. Well, I thought it was so great that I think you should see it too. Since Carrie told me this will be the closest thing to Sweden for her, I took a video to show you! Notice the black line on the ground in front of the cute little guard. Let me tell you, walk inside of that bad boy and you get yelled at! If you do not move the guard will call the police!!! Holy moses!

Okay for real, the video now... I actually am going to have to fiddle around for a while to figure out how to upload it because currently it took 20 minutes just to upload 6% out of 100% of the video. SOoooOOo maybe later so for now enjoy the pictures of the guard change!

So it looks a lot more boring in the video than what I saw in person, so save your monies and buy a ticket to Sweden for $993 and see the guards change!!! Haha. So then the next stop! More shopping just walking in the old town of stockholm. Think of Pioneers Square in Seattle, take a splash of different colors and that's kind of what you have. Cobble streets and really unique shops! Hellllllooooo chocolate, I think it's safe to say that if you are a Bell, you will drool when seeing this next picture. . .

Please pull down your sleeve past your arm and wipe off your keyboard and we will continue. This next part of the day was a hoot. Oh my goodness I was dying of laughter. So my tummy was growling and we were all growing a little tired. We decided to go somewhere to eat. I was totally excited to see what Swedish food I wanted to try. We started walking towards the a restaurant, as we opened the doors I was so excited, I looked up and saw...

WHHHATTT????? They wanted to surprise me and take me to TGI Fridays. Humm...... I just left America, the last thing I want to eat is more American food. I graciously smiled and we sat down. William ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pasta, I was laughing so hard when they brought it out... it was basil pesto alfredo pasta!
Will ate it and thought it was great however trying to explain real Alfredo to them they looked at us like we were crazy!!!
After that we went up to the new town of Stockholm. More artsy fartsy, it was a real life living Ikea!!! Everything was just open, light and clean spaces. A cool fountain in the heart of the new city.

The street runs above in this picutre with shops below and a subway. They told me if you want to buy drugs go hang out there!

Then I saw the RADDEST thing in the world, I had to ask the lady at the market what it was...

Those white things are Swedish Asparagus! Aparently they are 10x's more tasty than the regular green asparagus. Wow.
Well that was the end of the afternoon. We drove back out to the suburbs where they live, back to the cute little red houses. I adore it here. I want to move here.
How is everybody doing??! Are you loving this as much as I am?!?
Tomorrow we hop on a plane and go to Luleå, Sweden! That is where Williams two sisters Malin with her 1 year old son Viktor lives and his other sister Emma! This is Viktor last summer when William visited.

I'm excited for that trip tomorrow, I will finally met Jan (Yon), William's father!
I am falling in love with this place, oh no! I wanna move here!
So tell me what you all think, what should I change? More pictures? No pictures? Different pictures? Tell me because I don't want this to be boring!
