Yesterday William and I went on a little adventure exploring his little town that he resides in. We found some pretty cool stuff along the way I’ll share with you if you’re interested.

We started the day off by walking. Something we do A LOT of, and I enjoy it. This town is so small you can just walk every where. We started along the river where across you can see the castle in the background

Our adventure we took today was towards a tourist camping spot that also is pretty cool history spot. Full of old barns and the 1st buildings of Gellivare with no paved roads or anything at all. It reminded me a lot of the northwest…

There behind this cave type thing is that there is a friendly forest creature who all the Swedish children love and this is cave that the owners of the land built for children to play in. It’s a cave for them to play in, you climb through the hole and there is literally a room to play around in there.

Since being here it’s been snowing a lot, a 90 year old man here in the village has said he has never seen Gellivare having this much snow before. Usually its pretty warm and inviting. The river is so high right now, but it’s so beautiful!

Unfortunately there was no available information for this but this was an old windmill I just thought it was so great how massive it was!

This is “their” mountain! We drove up the mountain and it was only about a 3 minute drive!
