Tonight my roommate Shasta and I made some cupcakes and decided it would be great to start an apartment war with the guys below us by baking them some delicious cupcakes with the main ingredient being...
It helps relieves constipation and helps soften your stool!
We decided that maybe 4 servings on the Miralax in the cupcake batter would be good. So we mix it up real good along with the frosting as well. We figured it would make for a pretty good laugh...
Well the first batch that had no Miralax in them came out. We couldn't stop laughing as we were baking them and thinking about how often we would hear the toilet flush from there on out... We even came up with a catchy note for them too!
The timer went off, the moment of truth!
Excitedly we pull out our cuppycakes and our faces literally dropped...
Our POOR little cupcakes died!!! The heat, the batter and the Miralax just didn't mesh together well... they SHRIVLED UP!!!! So for future reference, this right here:
Does NOT equal a good combination...
so much for our apartment wars, the joke was more on Shasta and I.
Haha.

I've heard ex-lax works in brownies, but have never tried it.
OK...true story here. My first year at Ricks some girls invited us over for lunch on April 1. (That should have been a clue right there). We had a nice lunch with tuna fish sandwiches (we thought), salads, dessert, etc. Turned out the sandwiches were made from cat food. I just thought it was cheap tuna!
No wonder I purr now when you scratch my head!
