Pretty slow day yesterday, but we did go to dinner at Will's uncle's house. We had the yummiest dinner! And if you are feeling adventurous and want to make a very Swedish meal I have the recipe's for you.
It's called Panbiff (Pan Beef)
I found this picture online but it is the meat thing to the left and you eat it in the gravy on the right... excellent to eat with potatoes.
You have to excuse the amounts, they are roughly converted....
For dessert... this is the most amazing chocolate type cake thing I've ever tasted, it's more dense than cake...
Again picture I took off the Internet
Then you have a Swedish meal!
Try it and let me know how it turns out...
If anything at all... make the cake

1.71 lbs of ground beef
1 yellow onion
2 tables of finely ground bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
salt & pepper
egg
1 yellow onion
2 tables of finely ground bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
salt & pepper
egg
Dice up the onions and place in frying pan to fry
Mix the beef, milk and the bread crumbs and let it rise for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle as much salt and pepper over it once it's risen, then crack the egg over it all and mix all the ingredients very fast and quickly. Once mixed set in fridge 15 minutes.
Once cold, make small balls and flatten them out. Fry them in a hot pan with butter. The oil and butter remaining in the pan, sprinkle in flour and make a gravey (he was not very specific on how to make gravey so I say just buy a packet at the store! haha) Bring the meatballs that have been fried to a boil in a sauce pan with the gravey... let them cool a little and serve.

That chocolate thing looks like something I would really like.
I'm going to try the chocolate recipe. After all, me and chocolate get along really well!
